Kristen D Eash, D.C. | Chiropractic Physician

Preventative, Wellness, Chronic, Personal Injury & Accident Care | Nutrition

Dr. Eash started out as a chiropractic patient for a low back issue in the summer of 1989, so she came to Sterling Chiropractic at the recommendation of a friend. Not only did she find relief, but she got her life and health back.

Soon after starting care, she began working for the Doctor. She committed to staying long term at Sterling to have a role in helping other people get their lives and health back through receiving Chiropractic care. In 1994 she felt led to become a Chiropractor herself. After graduating from Life Chiropractic University in June of 2000, she returned to Sterling Chiropractic Center as an Associate Doctor of Chiropractic in the practice. In 2004 she bought the practice from former colleague. She is very thankful and feels very blessed to have a part in making a difference in the lives and health of our patients and families, every day, for their lifetimes.

Dr. Eash also helps to teach her colleagues at the post graduate level on how to use the Activator Chiropractic Instrument. She is committed to educating people about their health and Chiropractic. She has taught in many venues and offers her expertise of teaching to anyone in the community who wants to know more about health, healing and Chiropractic.

Nutritional System Surveys & Nutritional Evaluations

Obviously being married to the doctor, I took an interest in the practice, especially since I myself began to see what Chiropractic was doing for my own health and well-being.  I started to attend some Standard Process Training Seminars to support my wife, but was encouraged by the Standard Process staff, who were also attending those sessions to learn how to perform nutritional exams and process Systems Surveys information on the computer. I studied and was trained for specific functions of the body, such as thyroid, digestive, liver, toxicity in the body, mental/depression issues and the immune system and how to support those systems at a cellular level with Standard Process nutrition products. For a period of 2 ½ years I was trained by some of the top professionals & doctors who specialized in Standard Process nutrition, who also had excellent track records of great results with their own patients. Now, in my 7th year in working with patients with Dr. Eash, I look forward each day to see how we can help our patients bodies naturally work toward achieving their health goals.

One of the goals in this office is to empower your body with the necessary nutrients needed to enhance your healing process. With our professional care and individualized attention, plus proper nutrition, we can help guide you on your road to optimal vitality. We recommend Chiropractic adjustments, whole food supplements (Standard Process) and sometimes herbal products (Medi Herb) which are all offered to help you achieve your overall best health and well-being.
